ILIVEIN DEVELOPMENTS was established in 2019 with a
forward-looking vision to contribute to the development of Egypt’s emerging urban areas.
Over the past six years, the company has consistently pursued opportunities in newly planned cities,
aiming to build trust with clients through the successful execution of high-quality projects.

Notable developments have been completed in:
New Heliopolis, Badr City, and El Shorouk City,
with further expansion into additional strategic locations expected in the near future.

OUR HISTORY

ILIVEIN Developments, formerly known as ZAD, began its journey over six years ago. We launched our first project in New Heliopolis at the end of 2019. In 2020, driven by ambition and a strong commitment to quality, we successfully launched nine additional residential projects. We have always placed a strong emphasis on after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value. Following our success in the residential sector, we expanded into the agricultural sector and later added commercial developments to our growing portfolio. With our rebranding to ILIVEIN Developments, we introduced a bold new vision and entered a fresh phase of growth guided by Eleven Core Values that are embedded in every community we create.
